    Answer - runner can tag up and leave base as soon as contact with the ball is made, whether or not the catch is successful.

    Answer- If the ball is kicked on the ground the runner need not tag up. If the ball is kicked in the air, tagging up is required if the ball is caught. If the ball is touched but not caught tagging up is not required. In addition, leading off is prohibited. Ryan Glasspool, Shinanigans, AZthunder
